Healthy Recipes!




GOOD MORNING GREENS
INGREDIENTS:
Celery, Cucumber, Ginger Root, Lemon, Flax Seeds, Cacao Nibs, Parsley, Cayenne

In a juicer: celery, cucumber, ginger root, whole lemon
In a grinder (coffee grinder or nut and spice grinder): flax seeds, cacao nibs
In a blender: blend above ingredients with fresh parsley, cayenne pepper, ice
Garnish with lemon slice and parsley sprig


EN"WRAP"TURED
INGREDIENTS:
Ezekiel Sprouted Grain Tortilla, Mozzarella Veggie Shreds, Dijon Mustard or Hummus, Hierloom Tomatoes, Alfalfa Sprouts, Roasted Red Pepper, Avocado, Spinach, Scallions 
On a flat Ezekiel Tortilla, spread either dijon mustard or hummus
Add shredded vegan cheese and layer all vegetables
Fold in three,  and cook in panini-maker, sandwich-maker, or stovetop to melt cheese and warm veggies


SOUPER-DOUPER SOUP
INGREDIENTS:
Giant White Beans, Onion, Tomato Paste, Tomatoes, Red Wine Vinegar, Salsa Mixture, Parsley, Garlic, Ground Pepper, Cilantro, Flat Leaf Parsley, Jalapeno, Cumin, Oregano
Cook beans, or purchase canned giant white beans (rinse well), onions, tomatoes, tomato paste, salsa, garlic, spices
Blend cooked vegetables together with a touch of red wine vinegar and jalapeno, to desired consistency
Garnish with cilantro and/or flat leaf parsley and ground pepper
