Lessons from Kris Carr

Yes, I was blessed to meet Kris Carr, a star in her own right, a voice to be heard in the field of health and healing.

Sweet and spunky, joyful and passionate, intelligent and emotional, Kris has an uplifting energy that one cannot help but feel.


Here are some valuable lessons Kris had to share:
1). Proper pH balance is key to a healthy body
2). Self-care is not self-ish; rather, it is an act of love and kindness, it is essential and it is political
3). Controlling inflammation means controlling sickness
4). Begin to shift the balance of what is on your plate
5). Factory Farms are a hot bed of disease 
6). Make juice not war; drink your servings of greens as an insurance policy to great health
